Project Snapshot

Constructed during the British Mandate, this concrete building—originally the British police headquarters in the Galilee—bears visible marks of the 1948 War of Independence. Today, it serves as the central site for ZAC’s Haredi campus, supporting ultra-Orthodox Jews’ integration into academia and the workforce. Improving its appearance offers the opportunity to convey the importance of this societal mission and confidence in the potential of the students who learn within.

An Invitation to Partnership

As the site of our Haredi campus, the restored British Police Building will support students’ success and sense of belonging to wider Israeli society. Visionary partners are invited to join us in demonstrating the importance of academic training among a skeptical community, and communicating institutional belief in the potential of ultra-Orthodox students to advance the Galilee.
